In the role of Implementation Consultant with a technical background and degree in Business Innovation, I have spent 5+ years successfully bridging business requirements into [standard and tailored] technical solutions. Having worked with a variety of website, marketing and ERP systems, I have a good overview of available solutions out there for SMEs to Enterprise businesses.

Experience
I currently work as a Lead-to-Lease Implementation Consultant in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Yardi’s RentCafe solution offers marketing websites for real estate companies that facilitate a lead-to-lease process in which online applications, online signatures and resident services portals and apps are implemented
At Experlogix, I worked as an Implementation Consultant for their eCon solution. In short, I configured and programmed Configure, Price, Quote solutions for client such as factories and hospitals.
At Valtech, I worked as a Service Coordinator. In that role, I was responsible for the monitoring of client websites’ performance and solving any issues that may arise. Example clients are: Heineken, Upfield, Procter and Gamble, and Pon.
